CARY, NC — Aquinas is pleased to announce its recent hire of Diane Snyder, who will join the Aquinas team as the Senior Director of Strategic Operations. Within this role, Snyder will provide operational, production, and strategic oversight and planning to improve quality, create efficiencies, and provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Snyder comes to Aquinas with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales and consumer healthcare industries. Most recently, Snyder worked as a Senior Manager for Sun Pharmaceuticals in the Sales and Commercial Operations division. There, she was responsible for providing operational support across a multitude of business units and brands. Among other initiatives, she led the integration and consolidation of fleet management and collateral fulfillment vendors, resulting in cost and operational efficiencies, and supported product launch efforts. This background has provided Snyder with invaluable experience that will she will leverage in her current position with Aquinas.
In addition to her prior operations experience, Snyder has extensive program management and leadership experience. “I intend to utilize my leadership experience and communication skills to champion alignment initiatives and foster collaborative efforts to meet customer needs as well as internal Aquinas goals,” she said. “Employing innovative growth strategies, emphasizing employee engagement, and rewarding high performance are key elements in this process.”
Snyder combines her recent experience in sales and commercial operations with past experience in a number of other areas, specifically, sales strategy/planning and communications, commercial launch planning, and organizational effectiveness. Over the course of her career, she has worked for leading organizations in the industry, including Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products, Bausch + Lomb, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, and Schering Plough. She has been recognized by her peers with numerous leadership and sales achievement excellence awards.
